Carbinite Metal Coatings’ founder and president, Rob Freyvogel, presented this content at the Aluminum USA show this past October in Nashville, TN. The presentation, entitled “Using Textured Coatings to Improve Efficiencies in Flat Rolling Applications,” describes Carbinite’s entry into the aluminum industry, the benefits of using textured coatings in a variety of applications within the mill, and the advances that have been made over the years.
